Venison Loin “Bacon & Eggs” Seared loin of venison, maple Dijon candied double smoked bacon, farm fresh sunny side egg, mushroom cream sauce, served with roasted garlic mashed.
Duck a` l’Orange our take on this classic and romantic dish served with starch of the day and fresh local vegetables.
6oz or 8oz AAA Filet Hand carved, aged to perfection, complemented with Café de Paris butter, served with starch of the day and fresh local vegetables.
12oz Rib Steak aged to perfection, served with a mushroom demi glaze, served with starch of the day and fresh local vegetables.
The Original Chicken Torpedo Prosciutto wrapped chicken stuffed with apples, pistachios and dried cranberries served in a chardonnay mustard crème. Served with starch of the day and featured fresh local vegetables.
Frenched Chicken Breast with Ontario peach and cranberry chutney, served with starch of the day and fresh local vegetables.
Rack of Lamb Complimented with a merlot blueberry gastrique, served with starch of the day and fresh local vegetables.

“The” Burger A perfect blend of Ontario pork and lean beef goes into our 6oz burger crafted on site! Caramelized onions, Portobello mushrooms, Balderson cheddar, crisp Bibb lettuce and tomato on a fresh brioche bun with chipotle mayo. Served with fresh greens, fresh fruit, balsamic vinaigrette and sweet potato fries topped with a local maple syrup drizzle.
A Nutty (Veg) Burger A blend of pecans, peanuts and almonds ground in our kitchen, mixed with fresh herbs and vegetables, crisp Bibb lettuce and tomatoes, then crowned with our house peach jam. Served with fresh greens, fresh fruit, balsamic vinaigrette and sweet potato fries topped with a local maple syrup drizzle.
French Bistro Sandwich and Soup A fresh Brioche roll, layered with our country style pate, Boursin cheese, gherkin spread, grainy mustard, tomatoes and served with a cup of our soup du jour.
Fish and Chips Freshly battered (with Beau’s all natural beer) haddock filet with Stone Cellar’s tartar sauce, served with sweet potato fries and topped with local maple syrup drizzle.
Chicken Sandwich With a Mediterranean influence, our seared breast of chicken rests with fresh pesto, eggplant, zucchini, roasted red peppers, crisp Bibb lettuce and tomato on our brioche roll. Served with fresh greens, fresh fruit, balsamic vinaigrette and sweet potato fries topped with a local maple syrup drizzle.
